Programme stabilisation

Global technology company. Twelve-market rollout stalled after programme lead departure.

Vendor compliance had dropped, SLA adherence was untracked, and three markets were at risk of missing regulatory deadlines. Within sixty days, rebuilt the governance cadence, introduced unified KPI reporting, and restored SLA compliance.

12 markets delivered on schedule. Vendor compliance restored within 8 weeks.
Vendor governance

International organisation. Vendor ecosystem underperforming without escalation framework.

Multi-stakeholder organisation with a CHF 5M+ contract base. Performance reviews were informal, SLA definitions inconsistent, escalation paths unclear. Designed and installed scorecards, QBRs, corrective-action protocols, and an escalation ladder.

Compliance up ~20%. QBR structure adopted as the organisational standard.
Cross-border execution

Platform business. First-time entries in regulated markets where prior attempts had stalled.

Three markets with high regulatory barriers, limited local infrastructure, and no established partner network. Led partner selection, contract negotiation, local compliance alignment, and operational onboarding across legal, engineering, product, and field operations.

3 markets operational. Zero compliance incidents. Repeatable playbook documented.
Partnership operating model

Sponsor and rights-holder ecosystem. Partner relationships not converting to operating performance.

Strategic partner ecosystem where commercial agreements were strong but operating governance was thin. Built the lifecycle map, governance checkpoints, performance review cadence, and ownership matrix that translated agreements into measurable performance.

Partner reviews moved from ad-hoc to quarterly. Performance variance reduced.
